Did you receive a defective product?
This is extremely very rare but has been known to happen, if you received a damaged package, please contact your postal service to file a damage claim. We do not refund any digital or physical sales we will provide a replacement of the same item or credit if the item is no longer available. Customer will be billed to have item reshipped.
